Spring Physicals are coming this May. On Saturday May 15th $10.00 physicals will be offered at several Triangle locations. All proceeds are donated back to Athens Drive for each athlete that attends. This is half the price of a physical that has been offered in the past at The Drive and significantly less than any other doctor in the area. See Coach Hughes for a flyer and a blank physical form.
These $10 physicals will be offered at the following Triangle Orthopaedic Associates locations;
Wake Forest / Wakefield - 11550 Common Oaks Drive
North Raleigh / AIHF - 8300 Health Park
Durham - 120 William Penn Plaza
Apex - 1031 W. Williams Street
Raleigh - 3633 Harden Road
If you are interested be sure to get a blank physical form from Coach Hughes. The form needs to be completed and signed by a parent or guardian prior to arriving at the Doctor's office.
